Its fine. It's been since I was a young child so I'm used to it. If I wasnt dealing with so much mental health issues, I'd have no issue eating.

Try and eat little and often still because food is important, whether we feel hungry or not. I have to try and remind myself of this lol

Common side effect of depression is suppressed appetite. Once you eat less and cut down intake, your stomach "gets smaller" in a figurative sense, not a literal one. Your stomach feels full and saturated faster, meaning that even if you eat, your body wants you to eat less than what you're uesd to.

Yes, definitely. Anxiety comes on and appetite gone. I try to keep up some food intake when I can stomach it, and at least drink protein shakes if I know I'm having a particularly bad day or set of days to ensure I am getting some nutrition in. Vitamin supplements can help too. Its unfortunately a bit of a cycle, if you don't eat well then that can continue to make you anxious/ feel poorly.
