I haven't had a fear of the sea up until 2 weeks ago. I was looking up something for my story and there was a picture of a oil rig? In the sea. That picture made my legs go weird like I wanted to run. I brushed it off.
Then I was looking at my favourite animals (orcas) and the picture made me want to run again. So I just thought I wouldn't look at any more pictures and I'll be fine. Then today I was walking by the lake near me, like I have done nearly everyday all my life and the big lake didn't scare me, I was okay with that one, it was the one the other side of me, which was smaller. I nearly had a full blown panic attack over it. I don't know why this has suddenly started and it's interfering with my life now.

Hi Lorenzo,
Try stay away from the sea lol. Im not kidding. There is no reaon for anyone to be near the sea for reasons including sharks, drowning, no one likes being on a oil rig either.
What is your experience with swimming? And have you done it safely before??

I can swim fine. No traumatic events involving the sea or anything like that. It's just so random
