Hi all,

I’m looking for a good audiobook that can help with anxiety.

I go through peaks and troughs of severity and at the moment my worries and stress are completely sky-high, which is making day-to-day life extremely overwhelming and I feel awful.

If anyone has any recommendations of any good books then I’d be super grateful.

Thank you! xx

For fiction, I really enjoy Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series on audio. It’s funny and light and really a great series to listen to.

Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway is a good audio CD its an old one but a good one. i found if i took a risk to do something i actually achieved it or if i didnt the world didnt end. It gave me courage to try to do things i didnt think i could do. it helped with work. things i was frightened of doing. and leaving that job and surviving afterwards.
